Please support our Dance Company by purchasing one of our delectable Gourmet Apples. Each apple is $8 and can be purchased by cash or check (made payable to IDC). Pre-orders are due by September 14, 2015. Apples may be picked up on Friday September 18 from 6-8:30 pm, or Saturday September 19, 2015 between 9- 12 pm. The Inwood Performing Arts will begin a new Creative Movement class on Thursday, January 13th from 5:15-6:00pm. The 10 week program, designed for 3 year olds, encourages young students to explore movement and musical rhythms with the help and security from a parent. Students are evaluated during this class for their readiness for the Pre-Primary program. Dress is comfortable dance or play clothing with no uniform requirements. Tuition $130

IDC was promoted to honor company at the Southeastern Regional Ballet Festival in High Pointe, NC April 30-May 4. The company performed doublespeak, a premiere work by Lauri Stallings, on the Festival Gala. doublespeak was voted best choreography and placed on the National Choreographers List.
IDC dancers Katie Farrell and Norah McCrossin received scholarships to Alabama Dance Theatre and The Atlanta Ballet. For festival registration and information: www.regionaldanceamerica.org
